What are the shipping costs? Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

We ship all orders free of charge (today only) and there is no minimum order value. With us, you never have to pay any additional fees after placing your order.

How can I be sure that my parcel will arrive safely and on time?

We work with a trusted logistics partner and provide a Track & Trace tracking number for every order. This allows you to track your parcel every step of the way — from our warehouse right to your doorstep. If any issues or delays arise, our customer support team is available 7 days a week to assist you. All orders are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage.

Sometimes, sizing may differ from what you expect. How can you be sure it will fit properly?

This product is true to size, so we recommend choosing your usual size. If you're between two sizes, we suggest going for the larger one. For example, if you're unsure whether to choose S or M, we recommend selecting M. If your item doesn't fit after receiving your order, there's no need to worry. You can easily exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer support team, and they'll be happy to assist you.

Can I return my order? How does the return process work?

Yes, of course! We offer a money-back guarantee, so you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The entire process takes just around 1 minute and requires only one simple step. Simply use our contact form to initiate your return, and we'll take care of the rest.
